AI Search Sentiment
AI Search Sentiment determines if the overall sentiment in the search queries has a clear direction (positive vs negative), or if it is neutral like stating a fact. The mixed sentiment is where the search queries state something both positive and negative.
This panel allows you to define the precise scope of your data, isolating specific brands, thematic categories, and market segments. This ensures that the resulting sentiment metrics—whether positive, negative, or neutral—are contextually relevant to the specific market, language, or timeframe you are analyzing.

By tracking the ratio of positive, negative, neutral, and mixed responses over time, you can instantly see if your overall AI narrative is improving or if a specific week triggered a spike in negative coverage.
The By AI Engine chart compares how AI search engines interpret and present your brand's sentiment. You cannalyze if the "AI consensus" is leaning toward a Positive, Negative, Neutral or Mixed narrative.
