Why are my Site Analytics Data Metrics not Populating in Managed Pages?
If your
Site Analytics metrics are not displaying in your
Managed Pages, it might be due to a mismatch in the URLs. Often, this happens when one URL has a trailing slash (/) and the other does not.
*Typically, the URL in Site Analytics is the one without the trailing slash.
How to Align Your URLs:
- Check that the URLs in both Site Analytics and Managed Pages are the same, especially the trailing slashes.
- Use the related URL setting feature to align the URLs.
- Designate the URL with the trailing slash as the parent URL, if that’s the one used in your Managed Pages. Then associate the URL without the trailing slash (from Site Analytics) as the child URL (full step-by-step here).
Once the URLs are aligned, give the system some time to process the changes. This should help your metrics display correctly in Managed Pages.
