ClarityAutomate settings

Overview

ClarityAutomate is an add-on feature that assists with implementing critical fixes, deploying new enhancements, and SEO testing to your site.
The ClarityAutomate settings is where you designate publishers and approvers, enable QA/DEV environments, and enable Link Optimizer.

Requirements

ClarityAutomate requires installation of a few lines of JavaScript code in your QA/DEV and production environments. This feature uses JavaScript to update tags and content for the benefit of organic search and user experience. To use this JavaScript, it needs to be loaded on every page for which it might need to change. We will need one staging server hostname used to preview changes from the platform. You will also need to identify your approvers and approved publishers.

Allow Publishers

Only these users will have access to publish to the live production environment.

Enable QA/dev environments and approvers

Enable your QA/DEV environment and add your approvers. Currently, only one QA/DEV environment is supported within ClarityAutomate. We will need one staging server hostname used to preview changes from the platform.

Using a link analysis model for your website will identify pages needing links along with recommended pages to add links and relevant keywords. The Link Optimizer page is then used to review, update, and publish the links to your QA environment. Once ready, publishers may publish them to the Live environment.

Enable Link Optimizer and create your link template.

Once ClarityAutomate is enabled Automate should appear as a menu option in the left navigation.
