What is True Demand™?

True Demand™ is a proprietary seoClarity metric based on clickstream data that helps estimate true search volume. This estimate is calculated using a statistical model that takes into account the number of times a keyword was observed, the number of times a keyword was searched, searches by device, and when the keyword was first and last seen. 

This metric is available for use in Rank Intelligence and Research Grid and is refreshed every 6 months. An example of this can be seen in Topic Explorer below:
