How to add a user when you see a domain security notification
Q: When adding a user, I got the error "Sorry! Some of the users in your list have email addresses from domains that are not whitelisted for one or more of the profiles you are trying to add them into."
How should I proceed?
This is a safety feature designed to keep your Domain profiles secure. It ensures that only users with approved email domains can be added.
For example, if your domain is
www.securedomain.com, you can only add users with emails like
tript@securedomain.com. If you try to add someone with an email from @differentdomain.com, the system will prevent this to keep your data safe.
To add an email domain to the whitelisted list of email domains, follow the steps below:
1.) Click Settings.
2.) Select the Security tab. Scroll down to the Email Allow List section.

Enabling this option will allow you to secure access by restricting access to only those users whose emails are from the specified domains
3.) Add an email domain to while list in the Domain List field.
4.) Select Submit.
