You can set up dashboards to be emailed using the functionality outlined with either of the options listed below.
You can set up the email dashboard functionality directly from the dashboard you would like to have sent. First, click on the 'Email Dashboard' icon located towards the top left-hand side of the page.
1. Select the email address of the recipients. Non-seoClarity users can also receive dashboard reports to their emails (Add unregistered email address)
2. Insert a subject line for the email.
3. Choose the frequency you want to receive the dashboards emailed to you and the date if applicable.
4. Choose a name for the file.
5. Click SAVE.
Options for sending the report to an FTP/SFTP are also available upon selection.
The second way to set up the email dashboard functionality for a specific dashboard is through the "Settings" page (Note - only Admins have access to this feature).
2. Go to the 'Dashboards' sub-tab on the left-hand side.
3. Select the mail icon next to the dashboard name to set-up the email configurations.
4. Inputting information on this settings page are similar to the instructions above when setting up emails from the dashboard feature of seoClarity.
