Default Dashboards
Default Dashboards Overview
The Default Dashboards are pre-built dashboards available for use within a profile. There are 4 default dashboards including: the Default Dashboard, Actionable Insights, Competitor Comparison, and Ranking Dashboard. Default dashboards can be disabled for any user that doesn't require them.
Background & Requirements for Default Dashboards
No setup is required.
Default Dashboards
Dashboards with many widgets will take longer loading. The default method for loading all the widgets in a dashboard is by using lazy loading where the user scrolls to the bottom of the page to continue loading more widgets. The icon using four small boxes on the top right corner allows for loading the dashboard in its entirety without scrolling to the bottom of the page continuously.
Default Dashboard Widgets
Site Analytics Trend: This displays the total organic search traffic based on the integrated analytics data.
Rank Intelligence Trend: Using the By Position option, this displays the managed keywords rank in positions: 1-3, 4-10, 11-20, 21-50 and 100+.
Rank Gains: Using the Rank Intelligence Table widget with the Rank Gained filter option, this displays keywords that were ranking in the top 100 positions previously, that saw a rank improvement compared to the most recent date selected.
Rank Declines: Using the Rank Intelligence Table widget with the Rank Declined filter option, this displays keywords that were ranking in the top 100 positions previously, that saw a rank decline compared to the most recent date selected.
New Rankings: Using the Rank Intelligence Table widget with the Rank Gained filter option, this displays keywords that were not ranking in the top 100 positions previously, that are now ranking in the top 100 compared to the most recent date selected.
Lost Rankings: Using the Rank Intelligence Table widget with the Rank Gained filter option, this displays keywords that were not ranking in the top 100 positions previously, that are now ranking in the top 100 compared to the most recent date selected.
Actionable Insights (Default)

Actionable Insights: This displays insights generated by the platform based on a variety of data.
Actionable Insights Summary: This displays a summary of the insights generated by count, impact and effort.
Competitor Comparison (Default)

Competitive Rank: Using the Rank Intelligence Table widget with the Compare Universal Competitors option selected, this displays a trend of top ranking keywords against a set of competitor domains.
Share of Market: Using the Rank Intelligence Table widget with the Compare Universal Competitors option selected, this displays a trend of top ranking keywords against a set of competitor domains.
Top Competitor: This displays the top ranking domains based on the managed keyword set.
Ranking Dashboard (Default)

Rank Area Graph: Using the Rank Intelligence Trend widget with the By Position option selected, this displays the managed keywords rank in positions: 1-3, 4-10, 11-20, 21-50 and 100+.
Rank Intelligence by Page Position: Using the Rank Intelligence Trend widget with the By Position option selected, this displays the managed keywords rank in positions: 1-10, 11-20, 21-30, 31-40, 41-50 and 51+.
Analysis by Rank Position: Using the Rank Intelligence Trend widget with the By Position option selected, this displays the managed keywords rank in positions: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, and 10.
Top Competitor: This displays the percentage of top rankings by domain based on the managed keyword set.
Rank Gains: Using the Rank Intelligence Table widget with the Rank Gained filter option, this displays keywords that were ranking in the top 100 positions previously, that saw a rank improvement compared to the most recent date selected.
Rank Losses: Using the Rank Intelligence Table widget with the Rank Declined filter option, this displays keywords that were ranking in the top 100 positions previously, that saw a rank decline compared to the most recent date selected.
Rank Intelligence: This displays the managed keyword set as seen in the Rank Intelligence table.
