Self Service Domain Provisioning: How To Create A New Domain Profile (Enabled Feature)

Overview

Domain profiles can be added for management in seoClarity on demand for users with access to the Add Domain feature. This is available by request (to support@seoclarity.net) for those with multiple domains included in their subscription. Domain profiles can also be provisioned by request.

Background & Requirements

By submitting a domain for provisioning, you agree to the applicable billing update as is outlined in your seoClarity subscription.

How To Add A Domain Profile

From the Managed Domains page, select the + Add Domain button in the upper right hand corner.

Add Domain: Domain Settings

Domain: Input the specific domain to be provisioned as a profile in seoClarity. Use the Test link to validate the domain.
Rank Match Type: Choose Root Domain (Broad), Subdomain (Exact), or Subfolder based on what should be targeted for rank tracking.
Protocol: Choose HTTPS or HTTP based on the primary protocol used for the domain.

Add Domain: Rank Settings

Frequency: Choose the frequency for rank tracking to occur with options for Daily, Weekly, and Monthly.
Country: Choose the primary location that should be targeted for rank tracking. Additional locations can be added by request after provisioning.
Search Engine, Language & Device: Choose the search engine, language and device type for rank tracking.

Add Domain: Review
Review all input selections to confirm setup and include any additional domain setup notes optionally. If everything appears correct, then select Submit. If changes need to be made, this can by accomplished by navigating back to any of the previous steps.

Add Domain: Confirmation
Once the Submit button is selected, a confirmation notice will appear. If you agree to billing as outlined in your subscription, select Agree and Continue.

After agreeing to billing for the provisioning of the new domain profile, the domain will be created, you will be added as a user and navigated to that new profile. Any setup for this new domain profile can then begin.
