  1. New Topics or Questions: If you’ve just added a new topic or question, it may take some time for data to appear. The data will typically populate within 24 hours.
  2. Date Range Selection: The most frequent reason for missing data is the date range you’ve selected. By default, the chart shows data for the most recently completed date range, not the current week.
    1. If you want to see the latest data, update your date selection to include the current week.
