Why are some of the content changes I made not showing in my daily Alert Emails?
There are a couple reasons that a content change might not appear in an email alert. We can review the Events and Page Clarity Detail views to validate the content change.
- Settings: Ensure the selected page element is enabled for tracking via Email Alerts. If the Email Alerts settings are correct, navigate to the Events table which will display all page tag content change alerts. The Alerts email will show some of the content changes in an effort to keep the daily emails a manageable size, but the Events table will have all the Alerts that occurred.
- Page Clarity Detail: In Page Clarity, enter the URL that had the content change into the search box that is right above the data table. Click on the link and you will be sent to the Page Clarity detail page for that URL. Once you are on the Page Clarity details page for the page that had a content change, click on the Tasks/Events tab. If you scroll down, you will see a events table. This events table keeps track of all pages made to the selected URL.
