Tag History settings

Tag History Settings Overview

The Tag History settings, when enabled, allows for historical Keyword Tag (or domain) data to be kept as it was and will not update data historically for any keyword changes. This differs from the default behavior in Rank Intelligence, which displays data for keywords that currently exist in a tag.

Selector

Tag Level: Choose tag level to select keyword tags that Tag History should be maintained as it was. Selecting this option will display a table with the keyword tags where this has been enabled.

Domain Level: Choose domain level

Action: The Tag History setting can be removed from a keyword tag by selecting the checkbox of that tag and the Delete option from the Action dropdown.

Tag Name: This displays the name of the keyword tag that Tag History has been enabled for.

Total Keywords: This displays the count of keywords within the corresponding Keyword Tag.

Enabled: This displays the date the Tag History setting was enabled for the Keyword Tag.

Created By: This displays the email address of the user who enabled Tag History for the Keyword Tag.

Tag History Settings in Rank Intelligence

When Tag History is enabled Rank Intelligence will display an alert above the keyword table and a History Tag icon will display next to the tags. The data will include both current keywords and any historical keywords tracked in the tag. Clicking on Only next to the icon will limit keywords in the keywords table that are currently and previously associated to the selected tag.
