Security settings Overview

The Security settings allows for additional custom measures to be enforced based on a user's IP address or email name. Enabling either setting will restrict users from logging in if there IP does not match the list provided or their email credentials do not match the domain in the platform.

IP Allow List

Enabling this option requires all users in this profile use specific IPs to access this profile. 

Email Allow List

Enabling this option requires all users in this profile use specific email domains to access this profile.  

Single Sign-On

Enabling this option requires all users in this profile to use single sign-on to access this profile via Google or Microsoft SSO. SSO can be used to login without this setting enabled as long as the corresponding SSO email address has access to the platform.  Information on SAML, can be found in our SAML Integration article.


API Key Expiry

Enabling this option will expire all API keys based on days specified in the drop down menu and require each user to regenerate a new key again.
