My Site Analytics has no data. What should I do?

If you have a profile selected in your Site Analytics but see no data, it likely means you need to re-authenticate your Google Analytics 4 (GA4) integration with Site Analytics.

Steps to Re-authenticate:

For Admins: If you have an seoClarity Admin access permission, you can easily re-authenticate your GA4 by following the steps outlined in our GA4 Integration Guide.

For Non-Admins: If you're not an seoClarity or GA4 account admin, please reach out to your seoClarity Admin to re-authenticate the GA4 integration.

Once re-authenticated, your Google Analytics data will start loading into your account within 24-48 hours.
If needed, we can back-process historical analytics data for the last 13 months. To request this service, please contact our friendly support team at support@seoclarity.net.
