Google Jobs Overview

Google Jobs is a rank checking add-on feature that can be enabled by contacting support@seoclarity.net. With Google Jobs you can view the entire set of ranking data for jobs results as displayed in Googles Job Listing engine based on keywords that are rank checked against brand names. 

Background & Requirements

Add keywords from Rank Intelligence Keywords feature to track in the Google Jobs feature. Adding keywords to Google Jobs can incur an additional cost depending on the contracted work order.


Google Jobs Use Cases

  1. View Google Jobs ranking data base on domain.
  2. View rankings for job postings based on location.
  3. Find top performing domains base on several different metrics.

Google Jobs Compare Domains

Select the metric to view that data trended within the chart. Options include: Average Rank, Weighted Average Rank, Estimated Traffic, Share of Voice, Share of Market, Top x Rankings, or Top x Search Volume. This displays Average Rank by default. Click "Include 10+" to the right of the graph to include rankings not in the top 10.

Inputs
Domain: Select a domain to view Google Jobs ranking data. This displays the domain of the active profile by default. 
Date Range: Select a date range with options for: Last 2 Weeks, Last 3 Weeks, Last 4 Weeks, Last 8 Weeks, Last 12 Weeks, Last 15 Weeks or Custom. 

Filters
Search Engine: Select the search engine (and device) to view rankings based on. 
Location: Select the location to view rankings based on. By default this is set to the primary location of the domain. Geo Locations can be enabled via settings and can incur billing updates.
Rank: Filter ranking data for the input domains with options for: Equals, Greater Than, Less Than, Between or Compared to a Domain or URL.
Search Volume: Filter average search volume data with options for: Equals, Greater Than, Less Than, Between.
Keyword: Filter the tracked keywords with options for: Is, Isn't, Contains, Does not contain, Starts With, Ends With, RegExp, or RegExp not match.
Ranking URL: Filter ranking URLs for the input domains with options for: Is, Isn't, Contains, Does not contain, Starts With, Ends With, RegExp, or RegExp not match.


Google Jobs Keywords table

The Trended View option can be toggled on to display a metric for a larger date range.


Columns
Keyword: Displays the keywords being tracked in the Google Jobs feature. 
Average Search Volume: Displays the search volume for the corresponding keyword from Google's Keyword Planner.
Rank for Date Ended: Displays Google Jobs ranking data for the dates selected. 
Change: Displays the difference in rank for the dates selected. 
Ranked Page: Displays the highest URL ranking for that keyword based on the input domain.

Actions
Add Task: Create a task for the selected keywords.
Assign Tags: Add a keyword tag to group the selected keywords.
Delete: Stop tracking the selected keywords in the platform. 
Remove from Google Jobs: Stop tracking the selected keywords in the Google Jobs feature.

Top Competitors Table
The Trended View option can be toggled on to display a metric for a larger date range. 


Columns
Top Ranking Domains: Displays the top performing domains based on the the metric selected. 
Metric Selection: Options include Estimated Traffic, Total Ranking Keywords, Average Rank, Share of Voice, Share of Market, Weighted Average Rank, Top x Rankings, Top x Search Volume.
