How Do I Filter Keyword Results by a Keyword?

To view results for a specific keyword or pattern match a set of keywords in a feature, use the keyword filtering option for that feature. The keyword filter includes options for: Is, Isn't, Contains, Does not contain, Starts with, Ends with, RegExp (Regular Expression), or RegExp not match.
