How Can I Recover/View Deleted Keywords?

If you've accidentally deleted some keywords, here’s how you can recover/view them:

Check Deleted Keywords via Event Log

(For this step, an Admin Access is required)

1. Navigate to Settings
   
   
   
2. Go to Settings and select Events. 
   
3. Use the date picker to filter for the date when the keywords were deleted. 
   
4. In the "Event Description", type "delete" to find the list of deleted keywords. 
   
5. You can download this list, and it will be emailed to you.
   
6. Once you have the list, you can easily re-upload these keywords back into the platform.

Use Rank Intelligence Filters

To view the deleted keywords in Rank Intelligence:

1. Go to the Rank Intelligence
2. Uncheck the "Ignore Deleted Keywords" filter. 
   
3. Choose the specific date range when the keywords were tracked using the date picker. This will display the deleted keywords for the selected time frame.
   
4. You can compare these with your existing keywords to identify which ones were deleted.
