Google Sheets seoClarity Add-On: Installation and Setup

Overview

The seoClarity Google Sheets add-on is available in the Workspace Marketplace and allows for existing platform users to get access to seoClarity data directly within Google Sheets. This add-on provides direct access to Keyword Rankings, Tag performance summaries, Site audit results and more.

Background & Requirements

The add-on needs to be enabled in Google Sheets after installing and a API key is required to access data.

How to Install the seoClarity Google Sheets Add-On

1) Navigate to the seoClarity Google Sheets add-on page and select Install. 


2) Select Continue to proceed to the required permissions and then select Allow when the permissions are displayed to complete the installation. Learn More


3) Once installed, the add-on will be available via the Extensions menu in Google Sheets.


4) Once installed, select the gear icon to enter your API key, which can be found on the Settings page via the Integrations tab.


Available Data Fields

  1. Tag Ranking Summary:  Geo Location; Tag Name; Log Date; Total Keywords; Avg. Rank; Wtd. Avg. Rank; Share of Voice; Share of Market; Estd. Traffic; Rank in Page 1-5; Keyword Count Rank in Top 3, 10, 30, 50, and 100; Total keywords without 101; Keyword Count at Rank 1-10; Search Volume Top 1-10, and top 100; Avg. Search Volume; Avg. Search Volume without 101; Avg. Rank without 101; Wtd. Avg. Rank without 101; Share of Voice without 101; Share of Market without 101; Entrances; Google Entrances; Bing Entrances; and Tag Id.
  2. Keyword Ranking: Date; Keyword; Rank Position; Average Search Volume; Ranking URL; and Group Tags.
  3. Site Health Summary: Domain ID; Project Name; Request Date; Request ID; Type; Description; Importance; and Count.
