Downloads for Domain Suspension Overview

When you want to suspend or remove a domain profile, it is a good idea to hold onto your historical data. This articles recommends what key element downloads can be done including pages + page tag, backlinks, keywords + keyword tags, and keywords + preferred pages. The data that is available in the platform is able to be downloaded until the day the domain is suspended. Learn how to download exports here.

Page Clarity

The first set of data that is good to hold onto is your managed page data. Know the health of your managed pages is essentially knowing the health of your website and knowing the performance of the pages on a search engine result pages. Downloading and keeping your page data allows you to continue seeing a trended view of your pages' rankings, search volume, health, etc. in the future.

1. Navigate to Page Tags - Tag Search tab in Page Clarity

2. Select the Download All Grouped option

Backlinks

Retaining your backlink data will also provide you future opportunities to clean up your link profile and use Google's disavow tool if necessary.

1. Navigate to the Research Grid Backlinks feature

2. Set date range to All Time

3. Scroll down to the table and select the Download All option

Link Clarity

1. Navigate to Link Clarity on the Tools menu

2. Click the download icon

3. Click Download All

Rank Intelligence

Take the few steps listed below to download your Keyword Group Tags and Preferred Landing Pages.

1. Navigate to the Keyword Tags tab in Rank Intelligence

2. Select the Download All Grouped

1. Navigate to Rank Intelligence and select the Preferred Page filter.

2. Select the Download All

Lastly, once you have decided to suspend or remove a domain, please send the request to support@seoclarity.net, indicating the domain and the account from which you want it removed.
