How do I delete managed keywords or pages in bulk?

Overview
The simplest way to delete tracked elements, like keywords or pages, is by grouping those elements into a single tag. If the deletion exceeds 25,000 elements, send a request to support@seoclarity.net to have them removed. For smaller deletions, elements can be removed via the feature they are seen in. Steps
  1. Download all keywords (or pages) from the Tags tab, so that we have the elements + tags.
  2. Filter the download to remove any elements that should be maintained in the platform, so that the list contains just the elements intended for deletion.
  3. Add these remaining elements to a tag with naming convention such as "Delete".

  4. Once the upload of elements + "Delete" tag has been processed, navigate to the Rank Intelligence > Keywords.
  5. Select Keyword Tags.

  6. Select the Tag Name of the Tag you want to delete and select the Actions dropdown menu.
  7. Select the Delete All Keywords in Tag option to remove all keywords (or pages) from the list.
